Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Rinse cranberries and add them to a small sauce pan. Add 1/4 cup water & stevia (or your favorite sugar)
  2. Bring to a boil in medium high heat. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring often. Use a large spoon to mash berries as you stir.
  3. Segment orange over a bowl catch the juices. Allow segments to sit in juice until the last step.
  4. If using a fresh pomegranate- seed pomegranate into a strainer resting on a bowl. Reserve juices to use for later
  5. Add honey, coconut sugar, cinnamon & ginger. Mix well & Boil for 10 minutes
  6. Mash berries into sauce as it gently boils
  7. Add pomegranate & orange juice from bowl of segments to cranberry mixture
  8. Boil for another 10 minutes
  9. Remove from heat and stir in orange segments.
  10. Enjoy hot, warm, or cold on anything and everything!
